Disputes with the Seller
If you have disputes or complaints regarding an item you have purchased, contact the seller directly. If it can’t be settled, there are 2 methods:
• File a dispute on PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, you can easily file a dispute and receive resolution from PayPal.
• File a claim at the Disputes Tribunal: If you paid via another method (Cash, Bank Transfer, Others), and the item is under $30,000, file a claim at the Disputes Tribunal: https://disputestribunal.govt.nz/
