Disputes with the Buyer
If you have received disputes or complaints from the buyer, try and settle it. If it can’t be settled, there are 2 methods:
• Resolve via PayPal: If payment was received via PayPal, you can go through the process there and resolve it.
•Disputes Tribunal: If the buyer files a claim at the Disputes Tribunal, you can resolve it there: https://disputestribunal.govt.nz/
