Answering Questions from Users

Viewers can ask questions regarding the items you have posted. You can even negotiate an offer with the buyer!

If you receive a question, a notification will pop up. Pressing on it will link you to the item’s page.

To answer the question, scroll down to the middle of the page, and tap on ‘Q&A’. For Desktop, it is ‘Questions & Answers’.

Tap (or click) on ‘reply’.

Answer the question. 300 characters is the maximum. Tap (or click) on ‘Submit’ when you’re done.

If you receive more questions, a notification will pop up. Make sure to check it every now and then.
