2. Details and Photos
The fields marked with a red asterisk () are required.
2.1 Event Title
Add a title for your event.
2.2 Photos
You can upload a maximum of 12 photos in JPEG or HEIF format, 6MB each. Tap (or click) on the photos box and choose photos from your gallery.
2.3 Event Venue Name
Write in a venue building (eg. Auckland Town Hall), public area (eg. Hagley Park) or an address (eg. 123 Queen Street)
2.4 Event Period
Write in the event period (eg. Thu 12th Sept 7:00pm – 9:00pm)
2.5 Event Price (Optional)
Write in the event price (eg.$50) or price ranges (eg. Adult: $20, Children: $10)
2.6 Event Website (Optional)
If you have a website, add the URL here.
2.7 Event Type (Optional)
Describe your event type: (eg. Concert, Garage Sale, Food Festival)
2.8 Description
Add a description for the event, up to 5000 characters max. Be detailed about it.
2.9 Event Start Date and Time
Set the starting date and time of the event.
2.10 End Displaying Event On:
Set the date and time for ending the display of the event.
3. Event Location
3.1 Address Autofill
• Write in your address
• A loading spinner will show up, then suggestions will appear in the dropdown.
• Tap (or click) on one of the suggestions, and it will autofill the Address, Suburb, City/Town and Map.
3.2 Tapping (or clicking) the location on the map
• If you have a specific location that doesn’t have an address, such as a park or motorway, tap (or click) the location on the map.
